I stand by my actions and the other @s actions that bans and kicks are done in necessary times. To the families of those who I have affected, I publicly apologize. I justify my actions and firmly stand by them on the basis that I was given reason to use the 'ban' and 'kick' actions when it was necessary. Said reason was actually a re-action to disruptive behavior in the chat. Certain individuals decide to disrupt the calm and peaceful mood and try to create drama with their own words and actions, in which case, they need to be held accountable for their own actions.

I will not stand by and let these allegations continue to tarnish the reputations of myself and other members. Simply, this is a matter of immaturity from an unintelligent party attempting to stir controversy to weaken the league as a whole, as well as meticulously tear away at the morale of individuals separately. I can speak on behalf of the other @s in saying that we aren't trying to drive away solid owners (Emory = solid? LOL). We are simply trying to make the chat a better place, by not allowing inappropriate language and wide spread insults. If that's immature Footah, I just don't want to be mature.
