Demo impressions thread

This is the first madden demo that I've actually been really impressed with

major improvements for once

i absolutley love it i cant wait for this game to come out much improved.

if i had to say something i kinda miss the excitment of gus johnson when someone scored, its not as exciting now with them lol

I like how the announcers made some of their commentary as if it wasn't pre-written, it helps it a lot

I had a lot of dropped passes and frank gore breaks an unreasonable amount of tackles on all madden. Oh and every dropped pass even if they were wide open was the QB's fault

not having a problem with dropped passes on all-madden as the 49ers or hawks

im seeing dropped passes also. And Roy helu is a tackle breaker

and i cant stop the run lol

on all madden a lot of dropped passes from wide open WR's and the CPU is a tackle breaking monster.

Single player never plays like multi player though.

Yea I remember in Madden 12 the cpu broke every tackle on all-madden

there were a lot more dropped passes offline/single as well. Fades were almost impossible with anyone other than CJ etc. Online you could do it 90+ percent of the time with anyone 6'3 and over.

user catch still way too easy but fades are fixed

also everyone has butterfingers trying to get fumbles. it literally took a minute for somebody to finally pick up a fumbled ball

i remember in the madden 12 demo you couldnt hold on to the ball it seemed like it was fixed when the actual game came out

I've had trouble with user catching on the demo, on long balls. I'll be open, hit Y, and the receiver won't even try to catch it. Just feels weird.

And this new engine they added kind of annoys me. Players running into each other, and just flopping around like retards.

I hope the game is better than the demo.

Some of the broken tackles look very strange. The human body can't bend that way.
