What about player draft in reverse order. Each team gets ONE franchise player who can't be picked by anyone.

Then we take turns picking players for however many rounds, (3, 4, 7, ???)

So say Pats franchise Brady, first pick is Jags (last team pick), they pick Gronk. Next team goes, etc etc. Can't pick any player twice. And any non-franchise is up for grabs.

Do a snake draft.

After draft just trade draft picks for players. Jags give 7th for Gronk. Vikes give 7th for JPP. Or whatever.

Just an idea. And should be able to finish it up in a few days on forum if not just do as many rounds as we can get in. Would be instant fantasy feel and shuffle of a good number of players as well as rewarding teams already boned by their actual rosters.

yeah it wouldnt be that hard but we have 2 leagues now and most seem happy why go through changing again.

i hate to agree with fooath. but i like his idea as well. bake is right. 3 rds would be great! but we would have to put a limit on how many players can be drafted from one team cuz that could get hairy lol. i think 3rds with a 3player per team draft and 1 franchised player picks go by tm ovr. we could do it this weekend so that everyone can get their players right away. what yall think?
