| We have completed week 10 and it is time to take a look around the league at the top teams. It is one of the craziest seasons in recent memory as we see Tim Tebow, Terrelle Pryor, Russell Wilson, and Christian Ponder led teams in the top 5. Meanwhile, both Mannings are in the bottom 10. What is going on with the NFL this year?
1. Broncos (9-0)-- Tim Tebow leading the NFL in passing TDs, meanwhile his offense leads the NFL in scoring. Denver has the best point differential in the NFL at +265. Somewhere Skip Bayless is smiling.
2. Bucs (9-0)-- The only other undefeated team. +217 point differential. Terrelle Pryor leads NFL with a 140.5 QB Rating. Can anyone stop a Tebow-Pryor meeting come February?
3. Bears (8-1)-- Lost week 1, since then? 8-0, including a win over the 8-1 Packers. Bears have the best corners in the league, behind Revis and Patrick Peterson.
4. Packers (8-1)-- Heading for a rematch with the Bears for NFC North supremacy. Russell Wilson putting together a nice rookie campaign, 3rd in NFL in QB rating.
5. 49ers (7-2)-- Started 0-2, but has won the last 7, including an impressive win over their top competition in Seattle. 2nd fewest points allowed in the NFL.
6. Seahawks (7-3)-- All 3 losses were to teams leading their division.Still, with Aaron Rodgers leading the way and the most rushing yards as a team in the NFL, we believe in Seattle.
7. Eagles (7-2)-- Trent Richardson is putting together quite the rookie season, as he is 3rd in rushing. Eagles have won a lot of close games, can they keep this up with their questions at QB?
8. Patriots (6-3)-- Tied with Jets for division lead, but get the nod after beating them in week 7. Pats gave our #1 team their closest game on the season.
9. Jets (6-3)-- Get a shot at revenge with the Pats in week 12 for the division lead. With Clay Matthews and Demarcus Ware coming off the edges this defense can be scary.
10. Titans (6-4)-- 2nd best point differential in the AFC at +95. Andrew Luck has a 95 QB Rating, but needs to cut back on the INTs (5th most in NFL)
11. Falcons (6-3)-- Ryan Tannehill is doing a nice job in Atlanta, leading a top 10 offense in the NFL. But, can the defense get the job done?
12. Jaguars (5-4)-- Offense looks balanced between Schaub and the recently acquired Ryan Mathews. The defense is 3rd in the AFC in points allowed.
13. Raiders (5-4)-- They started the year well, but have lost the last 2 amidst a questionable disappearance from their owner. They could plummet in these rankings.
14. Cowboys (5-4)-- They have been inconsistent, but can the offense find some consistency with the acquisition of Darren McFadden? They have had a very tough schedule, a turnaround is possible.
15. Bengals (5-4)-- They have swept the season series with the top competition for the division in Cleveland, ultimately giving them the nod over the Browns here.
16. Browns (5-4)-- This team has shown flashes of being elite, but can they remain consistent? Despite trotting out MJD at RB, they are 6th worst in rushing yards.
17. Ravens (3-6)-- Haven't won a lot of games, but only one loss has come to a team with a losing record. They still have a +18 point differential.
18. Bills (4-5)-- Miles Austin leads NFL in receiving yards and Blaine Gabbert leads NFL in passing yards. But, a large chunk has come in meaningless games.
19. Lions (4-5)-- They started 3-1, but have struggled since. Offense has been flat out bad, 6th fewest points per game and 3rd fewest rushing yards per game.
20. Redskins (4-5)-- Started 1-5, but they have won 3 straight. Is this going to be a trend? Or will their owner's recent coming out of the closet distract them?
21. Dolphins (3-6)-- Rumors are swirling that it is time to trade Calvin Johnson for a massive overhaul of the roster in other areas.
22. Rams (3-6)-- Michael Vick has been sacked the 2nd most times in the NFL. He can still make plays, but they need to protect the man.
23. Chiefs (3-6)-- With the talent this team has in Big Ben, Ray Rice, and Dwayne Bowe on offense, they are just not getting it done like they should.
24. Vikings (3-7)-- The neck injury has clearly harmed Peyton Manning, as he has thrown the 2nd most INTs in the NFL with 31.
25. Chargers (3-6)-- They do have the worst point differential in the NFL, but they have managed to win 3 games. Nobody below them can say that.
26. Colts (2-7)-- Started 2-0, as they beat the #3 ranked team. It is looking like their GM made too many bad trades, but we'll keep them here for trying and beating an elite team.
27. Panthers (2-7)-- Started 2-1, then it fell apart. Romo has thrown 37 INTs to lead the NFL. But, is that a surprise?
28. Texans (2-7)-- Robert Griffin has taken a beating, being sacked 57 times in 9 games. They have scored the fewest points in the AFC, but we believe Griffin will figure it out.
29. Steelers (2-7)-- They have allowed the 2nd most points in the NFL. This has to be fixed if they want to win some games.
30. Giants (2-8)-- Eli has only managed to throw 7 TDs. Can you say Super Bowl hangover?
31. Saints (1-8)-- Well, at least they started 1-0. They have allowed the most points in the NFC.
32. Cardinals (1-8)-- Team is for sale. Players do not seem interested. Somebody needs to step up and turn things around here.

| Allow me to share my two cents with a little expert analysis, if I may.
What's that smell? Something lingering in the air. No, it's not the rotten sandwich under Antdol's pillow that he forgot about several weeks ago. It's the smell of playoff football! We are just several weeks away from the playoff season where only the best teams are left to duel it out until the bright lights.
The playoff picture is really beginning to take shape, as we can see from the tremendous rankings from our Lord and Savior himself, Danny. Three division races are as tight as they could possibly be, and could very easily come down to the last week of the regular season to determine who moves on and who stays home.
In the most interesting division race of the year in the NFC North, the Bears are on a hot streak, tied at 8-1 with their long time rivals, the Green Bay Packers. You already know that both teams are anxiously awaiting their Week 15 matchup that will possibly shape the entire NFC playoff mold.
In the NFC West, we have the 49ers narrowly leading the Seahawks by half a game for the division lead. The two teams meet again Week 16 when it could all be on the line. With both teams fighting for a playoff spot, one will get the division crown and a home playoff spot, while the other will be watching them from home or playing on the road.
The AFC East features New England and New York tied for the division lead at 6-3. Thursday Night Football, just a week away, one team will take the lead in the division race, granted that they don't tie. The real story here is when will Fireman Ed finally drink himself to death, and when will those silly fellows all die of friendly fire by the endzone?
Wrapping up, I'll fire off a few quick thoughts.
- It's quite interesting to wonder how the playoff picture would be looking right about now if the Broncos and Buccaneers had a single decent team in their division.
- RGIII, 57 sacks in 9 games? Get this man an offensive line before he turns out like Vince Young! And yes, I mean going missing during the season and wanting to kill himself. I know I would if I looked like that.
- Wide receivers lining up at Tight End? I have an idea. User coverage.
