New CPU/Stat padding rule for season 3

First time offenders:
1 game suspension for every player with ridiculous stats

*If a player has obnoxious stats, such as breaking records with 700 yards passing and 8 touchdowns, that player is benched for 2 games


Repeat offenders:
Lose CPU game privileges (All cpu games will be simmed)

Man, that's DEFINITELY going to stop people from doing it. That penalty is wicked harsh.

Should add simmed CPU to the primary offense.

We need fucking Robocop to work for us. If people pad stats, he will burst through their doors and violently robo-rape them for an hour.
