Doesnt it auto pause to start draft which would allow us everyone to see picks or is that only offline?

^ Yeah, I've done mock drafts in online leagues. You have to press "RESUME DRAFT" at the very beginning.

if the number one pick is offline it skips them ( if its a user). Tested it with mr meth

So is it better to not join yet if we won't be there?
