Changes to gameplay rules for this upcoming season
1. Use of the pistol formation will be limited
Allowed max of THREE times per drive
Can NOT use "Pistol"-exclusive Playbook
Includes ALL formations listed under "Pistol"
2. Use of the option will be limited
(It was said during last season, but making it clear)
Can only use an option play ONE time per drive
Use of an option play in a pistol formation goes as a use of a Pistol formation as well
Anyone that witnesses their opponent breaking these rules has the right to (First) pause and warn the opponent and (Second) quit the game (and play CPU later on) IF the opponent does not abide by the rules immediately from then on.

QB Accuracy : 25 ---> 20
Pass Blocking : 25 ---> 22
WR Catching : 50 (No change)
Run Blocking : 25 ---> 22
Fumbles : 30 (No change)
Pass D Reaction : 40 ---> 43
Interceptions : 40 ---> 50
Pass Coverage : 35 ---> 40
Tackling : 40 (No change)
Other changes
Player Min Speed Threshold : 50 ---> 35
This will increase the disparity between players to better reflect their speed differences. I, as well as you most likely, noticed that players were not creating the separation that they should from players much slower than themselves
